Work has officially begun on our newest project–Henderson Place! This week, crews are completing some extensive demolition. Henderson Place is a 74,000 sf, four-story, mixed-use building in Atlanta. It is a redevelopment of a 1950’s apartment complex in the Old Fourth Ward. Once completed, the building will include a lobby, community room, administrative offices, restrooms, storage, building operation/mechanical space, multifamily residential units and ground level retail spaces.
We are honored to be working with Goode Van Slyke Architecture and Historic District Development Corporation and Mercy Housing to bring this project to completion.
