Developed by the Historic District Development Corporation, The Front Porch on Auburn Avenue was created to provide thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces while preserving the character and history of the neighborhood.
For Sovereign Cooper, the project reflects the type of purposeful construction that strengthens neighborhoods and supports long-term community growth. The completed development includes mixed-income residential units, ground-floor commercial space for local businesses, roof-level amenities, and an underground parking level.
The grand opening brought together civic leaders, community members, project partners, and supporters to celebrate a shared vision years in the making.
